I'm a Master's student at Northeastern University pursuing Artificial Intelligence, bringing 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, computer vision and AI system development along with expertise in full-stack development and cross-functional project leadership.
Recently, I deepened my technical expertise in generative AI through my internship at Skillible where I conducted analysis of bias mitigation strategies in Generative AI systems and developed advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize model outputs, working with transformer architectures and large language models. Prior to this, I developed an AI-powered human detection system for emergency fire evacuation using YOLOv8, achieving 89.6% mAP50 and 86.7% precision for human detection in low-visibility fire evacuation scenarios.
Currently, I'm working on a geospatial building orientation detection system that processes 11M+ building footprints with 95% coverage, achieving 95% memory reduction and sub-second query times through spatial indexing. I'm seeking opportunities in AI/ML engineering, computer vision or AI research where I can leverage my deep learning background to develop innovative solutions that combine technical excellence with meaningful real-world impact.
